In the unlikely case that you would want to return your order and claim a refund, you are allowed to do so within 14 days of the order received. You shall be refunded at the earliest upto the amount paid for the products. You will have to fill out some necessary details on our return form.
- Fill out the return form.
- Make sure the product is just as received, brand new and tagged.
- Re-pack the parcel, as received when shipped.
- Post the package to our given address.
Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost.
We cannot control unforeseen events, and will not be held responsible in case of any mishaps such as stolen or misplaced orders. We recommend to use postal services that provide tracking and insurance to allow for smooth processing.
We have a free-of-charge exchange policy. You may exchange your product with any other product of the same price or size, with the exception of custom sizing. Our exchange policy is subject to availability of the products selected. In case you are looking to exchange a product, please return the purchased order to us, along with details of your new product of choice.
For custom orders, we don’t accept returns. This policy is in place because when we tailor a design specifically for your body type or preferences, the modifications made are unique and exclusive to you.
- Products MUST be returned within 14 days.

Once you have filed for a refund, and we have received and approved your return. You will be notified by email within 1-2 working days.
