Our items are made-to-order. We are focused on delivering your orders within the span of 15 days but in some circumstances, it may stretch up to 30 days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as the order has shipped to your given address. In case of any shipping delays caused by public holidays or other events, you’ll be notified beforehand. We assure premium quality of fabric and stitching on all our products. In case your order is not as you had expected, you can contact us with all your order details. Your order shall be compensated by return or exchange, depending on several factors.
Damaged Upon Arrival
We do our best to get you the best-possible product in terms of design and quality when you order from us. If your order is damaged on arrival, you can contact us within 7 days from when your order is delivered for compensation claims. All damaged must be reported within 7 days from when your order is delivered.
Circumstances such as war, terrorism attacks, and any other unforeseen events are beyond our control for which we will not be held responsible. We apologise if you happen to deal with order delays or damages caused by such events.
We cannot predict how our products appear on your particular screen and hence all color shades are explicitly mentioned alongside to avoid any misinterpretations. We try our best to capture our products as close to their actual appearance as we can. We intend on building trust with our customers and work hard to ensure their satisfaction.
Product Availability Concerns
All products present on our website are subject to availability. You will be notified at the earliest in case anything is out-of-stock, so you can make a selection from the products that are available. Orders Not Delivered
In case our package reaches your given location, but gets refused without a valid reason, if your order gets lost or stolen after it has been dispatched, or in case you don’t receive your order due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be held responsible.
International Shipping Conditions
All international orders are included VAT, duties and customs charges. There will not be any additional costs. All shipments are sent securely with track and trace.
